We share habits, such as to drink two litters of water daily, to do
exercise 30 minutes per day to run and to play soccer.
We have healthy diet that contains fruit, vegetables and meat with salad.
Everybody always take a shower, so we go to the bed before 11:00 pm and
we usually have breakfast in the
morning.
After meals we brush our teeth.
Healthy habits
The habits that our grandparents had were very
different from those of our generation, since technology today has changed the daily lives of people, for example,
talking about the current food radically have created supplementary foods made
with chemicals that make food and are not natural and organic.
Our grandparents were carefull with their food, they
did not eat fried things, sweet or excess of meat. Their diet was based more on
vegetables and creales, such as beans, potatoes, corn, nopales, among others,
and they rarely drank soda.
Our grandparents certainly had a lifestyle very
different from us, and another healthy habit that they had was the exercise,
they performed exercise by walking, which helped a lot to stay on ideal weight
ans it was very rare to find people with obesity at that time.
Definitely the lifestyle that our ancestors had in the past not compare with us today, in our opinion our grandparents had a better quality of life tan any of the people today
